About the Role We are seeking Salesforce Developers with at least 4 years of experience with a strong background in designing scalable solutions and extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce development. The ideal candidate will excel at leveraging Salesforce’s out-of-the-box features to deliver optimal business value while customizing solutions where necessary. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component s, and Salesforce APIs. • Provide innovative solutions by leveraging Salesforce’s declarative features such as Process Builder, Flo w, Validation Rules, and Reports/Dashboards. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable technical solutions. • Participate in solution architecture and design reviews to ensure best practice s are followed. • Develop robust integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or other integration tools. • Maintain and improve existing Salesforce applications, ensuring high performance and reliability. • Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and provide documentation for developed components. • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features, evaluating their applicability to ongoing projects. • Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and bulkification . Preferred Qualifications • Salesforce Developer Certifications (Platform Developer I & II) preferred. • Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, good to have Financial Services Cloud experience.
