Role: Area Manager – LAP (Loan Against Property) • Location: On-site in Vadodara (with local branch travel) • Type: Full-time, leadership role • Objective: Drive LAP sales, achieve regional disbursement targets, manage branch teams, maintain portfolio quality, and oversee collection efficiency. • Key Responsibilities: Team coaching, channel partner management, credit proposal review, risk compliance, market trend analysis, and process optimization. Qualifications • Experience: Proven track record in secured lending (LAP/mortgages), target achievement, and team management within a bank or NBFC. • Skills: Credit risk assessment, collection oversight, financial analysis, negotiation, and proficiency in MS Office/data tools. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or Business (MBA/Postgraduate preferred). • Attributes: Customer-focused, ethical, and open to frequent local travel across assigned branches.
