Role Overview Interview Mode: Virtual Interview Job Location: Hyderabad Years of Experience: 6 to 10 years 2 Salesforce Certifications mandatory Key responsibilities • Develop and customize solutions: Design, develop, and configure OmniStudio components like Omniscripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards. • Platform customization: Extend Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other declarative tools. • Integrations: Build and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other middleware. • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions. • Best practices: Ensure adherence to best practices for Salesforce development, testing, code reviews, and version control. • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues within Salesforce applications and integrations.
