Sr. SFDC Developer (Salesforce B2B Commerce, Sales, Service & Experience Cloud) Job Responsibilities: • Act as Salesforce lead expert supporting a 300-user ecosystem and its growth. • Manage administrative functions including standard/custom objects, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, fields, and process interdependencies. • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning development, Apex, Visualforce, Java, JavaScript, web services, SOAP, HTML, XML, and SQL with cross impact awareness. • Automate processes using tools like Process Builder and approval workflows. • Lead and manage complex Salesforce integrations. • Hands on experience in B2B, B2C, and B2B2C implementations. Skills & Qualifications: • 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer/Admin. • Strong communication (verbal & written) and stakeholder management skills with a positive attitude. • Expertise in LWC, LWR, Aura, Apex, Triggers, Batch & Async programming. • Experience with Salesforce Communities/Experience Cloud. • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and handle concurrent requests. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: • Provide hands on technical support and troubleshooting for defects and enhancements. • Develop, test, implement, and maintain application solutions as per standards. • Build and enhance validation rules, workflows, Visualforce pages, Apex logic, custom objects, fields, and formulas. • Recommend continuous improvements to the Salesforce platform. • Perform hands on development and testing activities.
