**Experience required- 6-12 Years** **Job Location- PAN India** **Your Role** As a **Salesforce DevOps Engineer** , you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing DevOps practices across the Salesforce ecosystem. You will work closely with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Architects, Release Managers, and business stakeholders to streamline development, testing, deployment, and release processes. The role focuses on enabling high-quality, secure, and scalable Salesforce solutions through automation, governance, and continuous improvement. In this role you will play a key role in: - Designing and implementing Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD strategies across multiple Salesforce environments. - Automating code deployments, testing, validation, and release processes using industry-leading DevOps tools. - Managing source control repositories and branching strategies using Git-based platforms. - Establishing release management processes to ensure reliable and predictable deployments. - Collaborating with Salesforce Developers, Administrators, Architects, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle. - Implementing environment management, version control, and deployment governance best practices. - Monitoring deployment pipelines and proactively resolving release-related issues. - Supporting Salesforce DX adoption and modern development practices. - Ensuring compliance with organizational security, audit, and change management requirements. - Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development productivity and release quality. **Your Profile** Top 5 Technical Skills 1. **Salesforce DevOps & CI/CD** - Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps Center, Copado, Gearset, Flosum, or AutoRABIT. - Expertise in automating Salesforce deployments and release pipelines. 1. **Salesforce DX (SFDX)** - Strong knowledge of Salesforce DX, scratch orgs, package management, and metadata deployment strategies. - Experience with Salesforce CLI and modern development workflows. 1. **Version Control & Git** - Proficiency in Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket. - Experience with branching, merging, pull requests, and repository management. 1. **Build & Automation Tools** - Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD. - Ability to automate testing, validation, and deployment processes. 1. **Salesforce Development & Platform Knowledge** - Understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, APIs, and Salesforce metadata architecture. - Knowledge of security, integration, and platform best practices. **What you'll love about working here** - You can shape your career with us.
