**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced **Salesforce Technical Lead** with 68 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions while mentoring development teams and ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices. The role requires strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, Salesforce architecture, and DevOps practices. **Must Have Skills** **Salesforce Development** - Apex (Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable, Schedulable) - Lightning Web Components (LWC) - SOQL / SOSL - Salesforce Security & Sharing Model - salesforce Flow - REST/SOAP API Integrations - Sales Cloud - Service Cloud - Governor Limits & Performance Optimization **Technical Leadership** - Solution Design & Technical Architecture - Code Reviews & Coding Standards - Team Mentoring - Technical Leadership Experience **DevOps** - Git - CI/CD - Copado / Gearset / Jenkins (any one) **Good to Have** - Visualforce - Data Migration - Agile/Scrum Methodology - Release Management - Production Support & Hypercare **Roles & Responsibilities** **Technical Leadership** - Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design and implementation. - Define scalable technical architecture aligned with business requirements. - Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards. - Mentor junior and mid-level Salesforce developers. - Drive technical discussions and recommend best practices. **Development & Architecture** - Develop complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows. - Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations with external systems. - Build scalable automation using Salesforce Flow and Apex. - Optimize SOQL queries and improve application performance. - Handle data migration and integration strategies. **Collaboration & Delivery** - Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical solutions. - Participate in sprint planning, effort estimation, and Agile ceremonies. - Manage deployments using CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools. - Support UAT, production deployment, and post-production hypercare. **Required Qualifications** - 6–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. - Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce security model. - Experience working with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. - Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP API integrations. - Experience with Git and DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins. - Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization. - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Proven experience leading Salesforce development teams.
