Job description

Preferred candidate profile • Provide Application Management Support (AMS) for SAP ABAP-HR objects and programmes. • Manage incident, service request, and change tickets related to HR reports and enhancements. • Develop, modify, and enhance custom HR reports using ABAP-HR reporting, logical databases (PNP / PNPCE), and HR macros and function modules. • Implement changes to reports, update selection screens, format outputs, and optimise performance. • Debug and resolve issues associated with infotypes, payroll results (cluster tables), and time management data. • Collaborate closely with functional consultants specialising in OM, PA/PO, Payroll, and Time modules to understand requirements and deliver solutions. • Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring production issues. • Assist with transport management, perform unit testing, and support production deployments. • Ensure compliance with SLAs and resolve support tickets in a timely manner. • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and articles for the knowledge base. • Participate in audits, compliance activities, and system upgrades as needed. • Provide on-call or shift-based AMS support when required.
