Area(s) of responsibility JOB Description Position Title: SAP ABAP Consultant Experience: 10+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP Consultant with 10+ years of experience in technical development and customization within SAP environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality ABAP solutions, supporting SAP implementations, and enhancing system functionality. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and deploy ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEFW). • Work closely with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications. • Develop and enhance objects using technologies such as ALV, BADI, BAPI, User Exits, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms. • Support SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and system migrations. • Optimize existing code for performance and scalability. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SAP systems. • Develop and manage interfaces (IDocs, RFCs, APIs) with external systems. • Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality guidelines, and documentation practices. • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers. Required Skills & Qualifications • 10+ years of SAP ABAP development experience. • Strong expertise in core ABAP programming and object-oriented ABAP (OOABAP). • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ABAP on HANA (CDS Views, AMDP). • Knowledge of integration technologies such as IDocs, Web Services, and APIs. • Familiarity with SAP modules like SD, MM, FICO, or PP. • Strong debugging and performance tuning skills. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Good communication and teamwork skills.
