**Role / Skill: SAP Basis Consultant** **Experience: 7 to 12 Years** **Location: Bangalore Or Hyderabad (Prefer Local residents of Bangalore / Hyderabad)** **Other Specs:** **Open for Rotational shifts and Flexible to operate on weekend as per project requirements** **Role Summary** We are looking for experienced Senior **SAP Basis Consultants for AMS operations** and project delivery. The role requires strong technical expertise in SAP Basis, proven leadership in managing large teams, and strict adherence to SOC compliance processes. The candidate will act as the primary liaison between customer stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring seamless operations and project success. **Required Skills & Experience** - Oracle and knowledge of boe,bods, fim,bfc - BODS, Cloud Connector, Charm, FC, FIM, MaxDB, CPS, VERTEX, LOFTWARE - Experience in SAP Basis administration and support. - Strong background in AMS delivery - Expertise in SAP system architecture, upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning. - Hands-on experience with SAP HANA, S/4HANA, and cloud-hosted SAP environments. - Knowledge of SOC compliance processes and IT security standards. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. **Preferred Trainings** - SAP certifications in Basis or HANA. - Experience working in global delivery models. - Exposure to regulated industries with strict compliance requirements. - Familiarity with automation tools for SAP Basis monitoring and administration. **Key Responsibilities** - Oversee AMS ( **Application Management Services** ) and project execution activities. - Ensure smooth SAP Basis operations, system availability, and performance optimization. - Drive incident, problem, and change management processes in line with ITIL standards. - Implement and monitor SOC compliance processes, ensuring audit readiness. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. - Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and performance management for team members. - Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and compliance documentation to leadership. - Manage upgrades, migrations, and integrations across SAP landscapes. - Ensure proactive monitoring, capacity planning, and disaster recovery readiness.
