**Job Title: SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) Technical Manager** **Location:** Gurugram **Experience:** 8+ Years Relevant Experience **Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced **SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) Technical Manager** with 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and managing SAP Commerce (Hybris) solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise across **Commerce and Core Hybris modules** , lead development teams, drive solution architecture, and ensure successful delivery of eCommerce initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the design, development, enhancement, and support of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) applications. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. - Design scalable and high-performance eCommerce solutions aligned with business requirements. - Manage technical delivery, code quality, performance optimization, and release management. - Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to define technical solutions. - Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices. - Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root-cause analysis. - Oversee integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems using APIs, OCC, middleware, and web services. - Ensure adherence to security, scalability, and performance standards. - Mentor junior developers and support team capability development. **Required Technical Skills:** - 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris). - Strong expertise in **Hybris Commerce and Core modules** . - Experience with: - Product Content Management (PCM) - Catalog Management - Pricing & Promotions - Order Management - Customer Management - Search & Navigation (Solr) - OCC APIs - CMS & SmartEdit - Backoffice and Cockpit Customization - Strong knowledge of: - Java, Spring Framework, Spring MVC - REST/SOAP Web Services - Impex, Flexible Search, Cron Jobs - Hybris Data Modeling and Extension Development - Performance Tuning and Optimization - Git, CI/CD, DevOps practices - Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud Public Cloud environments is preferred. - Exposure to integrations with SAP ERP/S4HANA, SAP CPI, payment gateways, and third-party systems. **Leadership & Management Skills:** - Experience leading and managing development teams. - Ability to drive technical discussions with stakeholders and architects. - Strong project delivery and stakeholder management skills. - Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) certifications preferred. - Experience in retail, eCommerce, B2B, or consumer products industries is an advantage.
