Roles and Responsibilities • Provide functional consultancy services to clients on SAP CRM implementation projects. • Configure and customize IDocs, middleware integration, and other related modules. • Offer go-live support for live systems and troubleshoot issues as needed. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. • Ensure timely completion of project milestones and meet client expectations. Desired Candidate Profile • 5-9 years of experience in SAP CRM Functional Consulting or similar role. • Bachelor's degree (B.Tech / B.E.) in Any Specialization from a recognized university. • Strong understanding of SAP CRM functionality, including sales, marketing, service, and customer service modules. • Experience working with IDocs, middleware integration, and other relevant technologies.
