**Roles and Responsibilities** - Provide functional consultancy services to clients on SAP CRM implementation projects. - Configure and customize IDocs, middleware integration, and other related modules. - Offer go-live support for live systems and troubleshoot issues as needed. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. - Ensure timely completion of project milestones and meet client expectations. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 5-9 years of experience in SAP CRM Functional Consulting or similar role. - Bachelor's degree (B.Tech / B.E.) in Any Specialization from a recognized university. - Strong understanding of SAP CRM functionality, including sales, marketing, service, and customer service modules. - Experience working with IDocs, middleware integration, and other relevant technologies.
