**Role / Skill : SAP Fi Co Manager / SAP Fi Co Tower Lead** **Experience : 10 to 20 Years** **Location : Hyderabad / Bangalore** **Key Responsibilities** - **SAP ECC Finance leadership** : Lead end-to-end SAP ECC Finance (FI/CO) upgrades and **support projects** . - **Team management** : Supervise, mentor, and coordinate a team of 20+ SAP consultants, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines. - **Stakeholder collaboration** : Partner with business stakeholders, finance teams, and IT leadership to align SAP solutions with organizational goals. - **Process optimization** : Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance compliance. - **Project governance** : Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, risk management, and change control processes. - **Training & knowledge transfer** : Develop training programs and ensure effective knowledge sharing across the finance team. **Required Skills & Experience** - **SAP ECC FI/CO expertise** : Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP Finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling). - **Leadership experience** : Minimum 10+ years in SAP Finance with at least 5 years leading large teams (20+ resources). - **Global project exposure** : Experience in multi-country rollouts, global templates, and localization requirements. - **Finance domain knowledge** : Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards. - **Communication skills** : Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
