Role / Skill : SAP Fi Co Manager / SAP Fi Co Tower Lead Experience : 10 to 20 Years Location : Hyderabad / Bangalore Key Responsibilities • SAP ECC Finance leadership : Lead end-to-end SAP ECC Finance (FI/CO) upgrades and support projects . • Team management : Supervise, mentor, and coordinate a team of 20+ SAP consultants, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines. • Stakeholder collaboration : Partner with business stakeholders, finance teams, and IT leadership to align SAP solutions with organizational goals. • Process optimization : Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance compliance. • Project governance : Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, risk management, and change control processes. • Training & knowledge transfer : Develop training programs and ensure effective knowledge sharing across the finance team. Required Skills & Experience • SAP ECC FI/CO expertise : Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP Finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling). • Leadership experience : Minimum 10+ years in SAP Finance with at least 5 years leading large teams (20+ resources). • Global project exposure : Experience in multi-country rollouts, global templates, and localization requirements. • Finance domain knowledge : Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards. • Communication skills : Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
