Area(s) of responsibility Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant – IR AMS Experience: 8–12 Years Location: (As per project requirement) Engagement Type: Application Management Services (AMS) Role Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support the IR AMS engagement. The candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end support, enhancements, and continuous improvements across SAP Finance and Controlling modules, ensuring stable operations and business alignment. Key Responsibilities • Provide L2/L3 support for SAP FICO modules in an AMS environment, ensuring adherence to SLAs. • Handle incidents, service requests, problem management, and change requests. • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial processing. • Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver effective solutions. • Perform configuration, enhancements, and defect fixes across SAP FICO modules. • Prepare and execute Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT support. • Develop and maintain functional specifications, test scripts, and training documentation. • Ensure smooth cross-module integration (FI-MM, FI-SD) and resolve related issues. • Participate in audit support, compliance activities, and transport management. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices within AMS delivery.
