Job Summary Position Overview: The OCM and Training position will focus on leading the people-side of an S/4HANA transition to ensure successful user adoption and business transformation. Responsibilities • OCM strategy: Develop and execute the end-to-end organizational change management strategy for the S/4HANA implementation. • Change impact and readiness: Conduct stakeholder analysis, business process impact assessments, and readiness evaluations to understand and prepare the organization for change. • Communication: Design and deliver comprehensive communication plans and materials to keep stakeholders informed and engaged. • Training: Develop and execute training strategies and frameworks to enable end-users for the new system and processes. • Stakeholder engagement: Partner with business leaders and users to build support, address resistance, and foster adoption throughout the transition. • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, functional consultants, and technical teams to align change activities with the overall project plan. • Metrics and reporting: Track and report on OCM activities, success metrics, and lessons learned for continuous improvement. Qualifications • Proven OCM experience on SAP S/4HANA transformation programs with multiple implementations. • Strong Expertise in impact analysis, stakeholder management, and communication. • Experience designing and delivering end-user training programs. • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. • Experience in fast-paced, multi-regional experience is preferred • Experience in Chemical industry is a big plus • Excellent documentation and presentation skills is required Other Information • Relocation Supported: No • Visa Sponsorship Approved: No Location - Pune,Noida,Chennai,Hyderabad,Bengaluru
