Job description

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong functional expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, configuration, implementation, support, testing, and resolution of SAP SD-related business issues. Key Responsibilities • Work on end-to-end SAP SD / Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. • Configure and support: • Enterprise Structure • Sales Documents • Sales Order Processing • Item Categories • Schedule Line Categories • Copy Control • Pricing & Condition Techniques • Partner Determination • Output Determination • Delivery & Shipping • Billing & Invoicing • Credit Management • Returns and Rejections • Configure and troubleshoot SAP SD pricing procedures, condition types, access sequences and condition records. • Handle business requirements, perform requirement gathering and gap analysis, and propose suitable SAP solutions. • Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, reports, interfaces, conversions, forms and workflows. • Coordinate with ABAP developers for custom developments and enhancements. • Work closely with SAP MM, FI, PP and other functional teams for integration requirements. • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis. • Perform Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT support and regression testing. • Support master data activities including Customer/Business Partner and Material Master-related SD views. • Handle configuration changes and transports across SAP environments. • Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, test scripts and user manuals. • Provide post-go-live and production support. • Work with business users and stakeholders to resolve functional issues within agreed timelines. Required Skills • Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration. • Excellent understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC/O2C) business processes. • Strong knowledge of: • Sales Order Processing • Pricing • Shipping • Delivery • Billing • Credit Management • Copy Control • Partner Determination • Output Determination • Good knowledge of SAP SD integration with FI and MM. • Experience in support, implementation, rollout or enhancement projects. • Ability to analyze and resolve complex SAP SD production issues. • Good understanding of functional specifications and coordination with technical teams. • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
