PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage. \\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_ Position Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Project Manager with 8+ years of SAP experience and strong expertise in Sales & Distribution (SD) implementations, rollouts, and support projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end SAP SD projects, leading cross-functional teams, coordinating with business stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery within scope, timeline, quality, and budget. The candidate should possess strong project management skills along with functional knowledge of SAP SD processes and SAP S/4HANA environments. **Your future duties and responsibilities** Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end SAP SD implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects. - Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource planning. - Gather and understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. - Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities. - Coordinate with business users, SAP functional consultants, technical teams, vendors, and third-party partners. - Manage Order-to-Cash (O2C) process implementation and optimization initiatives. - Conduct project governance meetings, status reviews, and steering committee discussions. - Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables. - Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. - Oversee testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production deployment. - Manage stakeholder communication and expectation management. - Support change management, user training, and adoption activities. - Ensure compliance with project management and SAP implementation methodologies. - Provide leadership and mentoring to project teams. **Required qualifications to be successful in this role** Must-Have Skills: - 8+ years of SAP experience with strong SAP SD expertise. - Proven experience managing SAP SD implementation and rollout projects. - Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SD processes. - Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. - Experience in: o Sales Order Management o Pricing & Condition Techniques o Delivery Processing o Shipping & Transportation o Billing & Invoicing o Credit Management o Customer Master Data - Strong project management experience in large-scale enterprise environments. - Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. - Expertise in stakeholder management and client interactions. - Strong risk management and issue resolution skills. - Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills. \\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_ Good-to-Have Skills: - SAP SD Certification. - SAP S/4HANA implementation experience. - Knowledge of SAP MM, FI, TM, EWM, and GTS integrations. - Experience with SAP Activate methodology. - PMP, Prince2, Agile, or Scrum certifications. - Experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Pharmaceutical, Logistics, or Consumer Goods industries. - Exposure to global rollout and transformation programs. **Together, as owners, let’s turn meaningful insights into action.** Life at CGI is rooted in ownership, teamwork, respect and belonging.
