Role & responsibilities Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant with expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting SuccessFactors Onboarding solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Onboarding 2.0, integrations, business process configuration, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities • Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 solutions based on business requirements. • Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements. • Configure onboarding processes, tasks, compliance forms, document management, and workflows. • Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. • Work on integrations between SuccessFactors modules and third-party applications. • Conduct system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution. • Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting. • Prepare functional specifications and solution design documents. • Support data migration and validation activities. • Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and project standards. Required Skills • 4+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors. • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0. • Experience with onboarding process setup, knowledge transfer, and compliance activities. • Strong understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central integration. • Experience in role-based permissions (RBP), business rules, and workflows. • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors platform, MDF objects, and integration concepts. • Experience in testing, deployment, and production support. • Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Preferred Qualifications • SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Certification. • Experience with Employee Central, Recruiting, and Integration Center. • Knowledge of SAP CPI/BTP integrations. • Experience working in global implementation projects.
