**JD** **Software Tester (13 Years Experience)** **Vertical / Department** Technology – Quality Engineering **Work Location** Andheri/Vikhroli **Reports to** Team lead **General Description of the Job** We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Software Tester with 1–3 years of experience to join our Test Centre of Excellence (TCoE). You will work to bridge the gap between traditional and the future of AI-driven testing. You will split your time between scaling our robust automation frameworks and building Gen-AI platform designed to automated test case creation, script generation, and execution. **Role & Responsibilities** Assist in developing and maintaining our GenAI platform utilizing LangChain, focusing on vector storage, prompt optimization, and parsing modeloutputs in to executable test cases. Design, write, and execute scalable automated regression suites for core insurance platforms (web, mobile and API layers) Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless, zero-downtime execution of automated test suites. Leverage Python/Java to generate data and analyse application changes to maximize test automation coverage. Perform database validation using SQL queries. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives). Perform mobile app testing on real device and on cloud services Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC. Hands-on experience with test case design techniques Ensure adherence to QA standards and best practices. **Insurance Insights: General Insurance** domain experience is big plus **Education / Additional Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in software development/testing **Core-programming:** strong foundational coding skill in Java/Python **GenAI exposure:** Foundational understanding of Large Language Models (LLM), prompt engineering, and basic hands-on experimentation with LangChain
