Job description

• To monitor all routine analytical work in order to keep production/ dispatch schedule on time. • Take care of all QC related functions like calibration, validation, working standards, control samples, etc. • Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures, Analytical specifications, Analytical protocols, etc. • Conduct stability studies and report to Head-QC. • Take care to release all incoming & out going material in ERP. • Ensuring that good laboratory practices are followed. • To control the labeling activity. • To maintain all records and follow standard operating procedure. • To monitor & achieve the QHSE objectives. • To conduct training activity for QC personnel. • Suggestions related to improvement in dept. system, test and/or test methods and monitoring the activities of non-managerial staff.
