Manage sales of Phenol, Acetone, IPA, MIBK, AMS and Cumene & Successfully handled key accounts. Resolve customer complaints, supply issues, and commercial disputes while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Monitor customer credit exposure, ensure adherence to approved credit limits, and coordinate with finance for timely payment collections and overdue reduction. Pricing Strategy Competitor Analysis Demand Forecasting Receivables & Credit Management Market Intelligence Maintain strong payment collection through proactive follow-up, helping reduce overdue receivables. Supported annual budgeting and sales planning activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service, strengthen supply reliability, and enhance operational efficiency.
