About the Role We are seeking an experienced Manager Lending Services to join our Corporate & Commercial Banking team. The role involves supporting bankers across critical lending and loan servicing processes while managing a team of professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in commercial lending operations, loan servicing, collateral management, and exception clearing, along with hands-on experience in leading lending platforms and managing global stakeholders. **Responsibilities -** - Senior Analysts will join the Lending Services (Corporate and Commercial Banking) team at Evalueserve, supporting bankers in critical lending and credit processes across the Middle office / loan servicing lifecycle. - The Senior Analyst is responsible for: a. Monitor and resolve collateral-related alerts b. Research and reconcile loans, customer, pricing, account maintenance, and collateral information c. across multiple banking systems. c. Managing exception alerts for negotiable collaterals d. Performance based pricing calculations and manual rate resets - Verifying accuracies for letter of credit requests, cost center changes - Wire-in-process general ledger activities and third-party invoice payments. - Partners with Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, Credit Officers, Operations teams, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and support client needs. - Escalate complex exceptions and support timely issue resolution through coordination with internal and external stakeholders. - Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, data quality, and operational controls. **Requirements -** - Ability to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner - Eye for details and ability to identify and solve issues effectively on time - Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed in a timely manner - Ability to practice attentive and active listening skills - Ability to identify pro-active ways to contribute to firms goals & mission - Challenging current thinking by implementing new ways of working - Bachelor's/Master’s degree with a major in finance, economics, accounting or from a reputed institute with 2 -5 years’ experience in similar profile. **Shift Timing -Night Shift** **Job Level- Senior Analyst** Disclaimer: The following job description serves as an informative reference for the tasks you may be required to perform.
