**Job Description:** The Senior Analyst Finance position is a full-time employment opportunity. The position is a full-time position located in Bangalore, Karnataka. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced candidate to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, support financial reporting, and ensure compliance with applicable accounting, tax, and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced business environment. **Essential Job Duties:** - Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts. - Record and process accounting transactions, including invoices, receipts, payments, journal entries, and accruals. - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. - Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations. - Maintain accurate records of expenses, income, assets, liabilities, and other financial transactions. - Ensure proper accounting classification and documentation of transactions. - Support month-end and year-end closing activities. **Minimum Requirements:** ● 4+ years of related accounting experience. ● Ability to work with stringent deadlines and confidential information related to partner/department accounts ● Good experience with MS Excel ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customer service orientation **Preferred Qualifications:** ● CA-Inter qualified, M.Com or MBA or B.Com with 4+ years of relevant experience
