The position is a full-time position located in Bangalore, Karnataka. The Senior Analyst Finance will work with the A/R and accounting team to monitor receivables billing payment and accounting processes. Duties and responsibilities include revenue finalization, accounting, billing and collecting payments from customers, account reconciliations, keeping track of debtor aging and write-off, and various reporting. **Essential Job Duties:** - Tracking revenue recognition - Preparing invoices based on milestones - Coordination with partners for collections - Coordination with Sales team for pending collections - Accounting of receivable and sales as per the applicable accounting standards - Record and review journal entries, accruals, deferred revenue, and adjustments - Account reconciliations - Preparing and review of Debtors Aging along with Sales, Finance & the Management - Compile, prepare and analyze monthly reports in support of A/R operations - Bad debts provisioning **Minimum Requirements:** - 4+ years of related accounting experience especially in accounting/ accounts receivable (A/R) and a general understanding of accounting. - Must be detail-oriented, possess outstanding organizational and time management skills - Ability to work with stringent deadlines and confidential information related to partner/department accounts - Good experience with MS Excel - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customer service orientation - Participate as an active member of the institution’s AR team and ensure active communication and a cohesive working environment **Preferred Qualifications:** - CA-Inter qualified, M.Com or MBAor B.Com with 4+ years of relevant experience
