It will be a lateral movement for H1 grade employees. • Applicants should have completed a minimum tenure of 12 months in the organization and 12 months in their current role as on 01st August 2026. • Performance rating of CME or above in the last 6 months. • No documented disciplinary issues/PIP in the last 6 months. Role & Responsibilities: • Has a minimum of 12 months of experience in the Residential Mortgage platform and demonstrates a strong understanding of mortgage documentation, processes, and compliance requirements • Possesses in-depth knowledge of assigned processes and serves as a reliable point of contact for process-related guidance, support, and issue resolution • Demonstrates strong learning agility, quickly adapts to new responsibilities, embraces challenges, and consistently delivers results in the assigned role • Effectively clarifies process-related queries, exceptions, and decision-making rationale, ensuring adherence to process guidelines and business requirements Educational/Professional Qualifications: • Graduate degree or equivalent of (10+2+3) year of education Required Skills: • Very Good knowledge of US Mortgage Servicing in specific. • Expert in the current process and understand the process requirements related to whichever process he is working. • Good understanding of reports and performance management. • Ability to work under stringent deadlines and work with the team to meet deadlines.
