The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue cycle management and excellent analytical skills. **Roles and Responsibility** - Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall performance. - Provide training and support to junior team members on revenue cycle management processes. - Identify and mitigate risks associated with revenue cycle management. - Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators and provide insights. **Job Requirements** - Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management principles and practices. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience working with healthcare or medical billing systems is preferred. - Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications are an asset.
