We are looking for a skilled Senior Associate to join our Revenue Cycle Management team at Aster Global Centre - India, located in the Healthcare/Medicine industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue cycle management and excellent analytical skills. Roles and Responsibility • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall performance. • Provide training and support to junior team members on revenue cycle management processes. • Identify and mitigate risks associated with revenue cycle management. • Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators and provide insights. Job Requirements • Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management principles and practices. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience working with healthcare or medical billing systems is preferred. • Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications are an asset.
