The Bank is driven by a continuous commitment to serve better and expand access to world-class banking services. **Role Description** The Senior Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jetpur. This role is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and expanding the customer base in the local market. The individual will oversee sales targets, design and implement business development plans, and coordinate with branch teams to promote the Bank’s products and services. Daily activities include tracking performance metrics, conducting market analysis, engaging with key customers and partners, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, supporting community outreach initiatives, and contributing to the Bank’s overall growth strategy in the region. **Qualifications** - Strong business development, sales, and relationship management skills, with a track record of achieving growth targets in banking or financial services. - Proficiency in market analysis, strategic planning, and customer segmentation to identify and convert new business opportunities. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. - Experience in team leadership, performance management, and mentoring to guide and support frontline and branch staff. - Sound understanding of retail banking products, lending practices, and regulatory and compliance requirements in the Indian banking context. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or MBA is an added advantage. - Ability to work on-site in Jetpur, with strong local market awareness and willingness to travel within the region as needed. - High level of integrity, customer-centric mindset, and commitment to financial inclusion and community development.
