What You’ll Do The most common question we get is: “What does a typical day in the life of an SCM look like?” The short answer: no two days will be the same. Your primary focus will be driving operational excellence across your set of cities . This includes selecting and training new partners, improving the quality and performance of existing partners, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is the core of the role and an operations-heavy position. Over time, you will also take ownership of key central growth tracks for the category, including: • Projects focused on improving quality and service excellence • Projects focused on improving offerings and driving innovation • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure swift and robust execution You will be the owner of the business entrusted to you , with a direct influence on how the business shapes up. We are looking for people with a high ownership mindset who are passionate about building great businesses and driving operational excellence. What We Need • 2–4 years of experience in an operations, consulting, strategy, or similar role • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and projects , influence stakeholders, and drive execution • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • A high ownership mindset with a bias towards action • Someone who understands that great things are built through both smart thinking and hard work
