About You: • 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, architecture, and production support, with strong expertise in Azure and multicloud environments. • Strong hands-on experience designing scalable, secure, highly available IaaS and PaaS solutions. • Expertise in Azure networking, including VNets, peering, VPN/ExpressRoute, routing, NSGs, Azure Firewall, Load Balancer, and Application Gateway. • Strong experience with Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, and infrastructure automation. • Experience in cloud assessments, modernization, migration, performance, security, availability, and cost optimization. • Strong knowledge of HA, DR, backup, business continuity, security, governance, and compliance. • Proven experience leading complex technical issues, RCA, solution design, and architecture discussions. • Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder management skills. What you ‘ll do: • Provide L3 technical ownership for complex infrastructure and production issues. • Design and implement secure, scalable, highly available multicloud IaaS/PaaS architectures. • Lead cloud assessments, modernization initiatives, and migration projects from discovery through optimization. • Design and troubleshoot complex Azure networking and connectivity solutions. • Develop and standardize IaC and infrastructure automation using Terraform, Bicep, ARM, or equivalent tools. • Conduct performance, availability, security, scalability, and cost optimization reviews. • Design and implement HA, DR, backup, and business continuity solutions. • Lead RCA for critical incidents and drive permanent corrective actions. • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to L1/L2 infrastructure teams. • Ensure adherence to security, governance, compliance, and operational best practices.
