Senior Consultant Market Access/Budget Impact/Advanced Biostatistics

Job description

We are seeking a Senior HEOR Consultant to add bench depth across several core health-economics skills that currently rest on a single internal consultant each pricing market access strategy, budget impact modeling, advanced (Bayesian/survival) statistical methods, and device/pharma subject knowledge for value dossiers. This is not a brand-new service capability but a deliberate second hire to remove single-point-of-failure risk on deliverables the team already sells. This is a consulting/on-demand role, where the consultant will lead or co-lead project execution, interact with clients, and mentor internal staff to build lasting depth in these areas. • Develop pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategy inputs feeding Evidence Roadmap engagements • Build and validate budget impact models (payer and hospital variants) for Budget Impact Model and Cost-Effectiveness / Cost-Consequence engagements • Apply advanced statistical methods (Bayesian modeling, survival analysis) to cost-effectiveness models and network meta-analyses as needed • Contribute device and pharmaceuticals subject-matter knowledge to Global Value Dossier and VAC-module content • Serve as a second qualified reviewer/backup on each of the above so no single departure creates a service gap • Engage with clients to present modeling outputs and market access recommendations • Mentor internal team members to build a broader internal bench in these skills over time • Perform quality control on models and market access deliverables produced by the team
