About Position: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer with strong expertise in Snowflake Data Warehousing, Data Transformation, and Cloud Data Engineering. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable data platforms, implementing modern ELT frameworks, and supporting healthcare insurance claims data solutions. This role involves designing, optimizing, and maintaining enterprise-grade data pipelines and analytics platforms that enable efficient data-driven decision-making. • Role: Senior Data Engineer • Location: All Persitent Locations • Experience: 8 to 12 Years • Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using modern data engineering practices. • Build and optimize data transformation models using DBT. • Develop advanced SQL scripts, stored procedures, and data validation processes. • Manage and process structured and semi-structured data within Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly Google Cloud Storage (GCS). • Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and data architects to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights. • Ensure data quality, integrity, governance, and security across data platforms. • Perform data analysis, profiling, and root cause investigation for data-related issues. • Optimize data processing workflows for performance and scalability. • Support reporting, dashboarding, and analytics initiatives by providing clean, curated datasets. Expertise You'll Bring: • 8 to 12 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or Cloud Data Platform development. • Strong expertise in Snowflake Data Cloud and enterprise data warehousing. • Strong hands-on experience with SQL and complex query optimization. • Expertise in DBT (Data Build Tool) for data transformation and modeling. • Experience working with Google Cloud Storage (GCS) and GCP data services. • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT methodologies. • Experience in data profiling, data quality, and performance tuning. • Proficiency in data analysis and manipulating large datasets. • Good understanding of dimensional modeling and data architecture principles. • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. • Hands-on experience with Snowflake features including Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, Time Travel, Data Sharing, Performance Optimization.
