Role & responsibilities Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer (6-9 Years) Role: D365 Technical Consultant / Developer  Location : Pune and Bangalore Work from office : All 5 days a week Job Summary We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The ideal candidate should have hands-on development experience in customization, integrations, Power Platform solutions, and client-focused delivery. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions. • Develop plugins, custom workflows, and integrations using C# and .NET. • Build and enhance applications using Power Apps and Power Automate. • Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript, HTML, and web resources. • Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and solution implementation. • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks. • Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities. • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders. Required Skills • 6-9 years of overall IT experience with strong Dynamics 365 development expertise. • Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and Web API. • Experience in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and integration. • Strong knowledge of Canvas App, Power Apps and Power Automate. • Experience with Azure Services, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions. • Understanding of business processes and CRM best practices. • Good communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications. • Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
