Job description

Role & responsibilities Machine Audits/checks/operation before production start and monitoring during prod. 2. Execution of PM/BD/Predictive Maint Activities as per SAP /Planned / Need based. 3. Carry out breakdown maintenance with technicians during shift and Offline repairs 4. Production support for transfer of effluents / Coagulation tank leveling during production hours. 5. Receiving & dispatch of spares to & fro General Stores. 6. Data updating for plant machine parameters like- Machine history card, energy data, filter consumption etc . 7. Spares stock, Local store upkeep, Spares requirements, & up keep 8. Daily monitoring of process & Maint. related parameters & verification, 9. Regularize & upkeep of Plant & Machine earthing & power Equipment , Compressor , dryers and chillers, 10. Machine parts drawing updates. 11. SAP based punching for Breakdown / PM / Activity Preferred candidate profile Preventive, Predictive, Breakdown Maintenance of Durr make Robotic Paint line , Oven , Burners , Fans and Blowers , Conveyor system equipment, rectification & Diagnosis of faults, Improvement of Machine performance through suggestions & kaizen , CAPA. Attending to day-to-day problems, Interaction with Production & QC team
