Job Description **(Tool Room & Die Maintenance)** **Position:** Executive – Tool Room **Experience Required:** 3 to 7 years **Location:** Pithampur, MP **Industry:** Sheet Metal / Automotive / Manufacturing **Key Responsibilities** - Perform **Tool Room operations** including tool assembly, fitting, and adjustments. - Handle **Die Maintenance** for sheet metal tools, ensuring smooth production and minimal downtime. - Conduct **preventive and corrective maintenance** of dies and tools. - Troubleshoot tool-related issues and implement effective solutions. - Maintain documentation of tool history, maintenance schedules, and breakdown reports. - Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure tool performance meets standards. - Ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols in tool handling and maintenance. **Desired Candidate Profile** - Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Tool & Die Making. - 3–7 years of hands-on experience in **Tool Room & Die Maintenance (Sheet Metal)**. - Strong knowledge of press tools, jigs, fixtures, and gauges. - Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments. - Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. - Team player with strong communication and coordination skills.
