We see technology not just as a tool but as a catalyst that amplifies human ingenuity to solve complex healthcare challenges. **100%** healthcare focus | Trusted by **140+** healthcare and life sciences enterprises | **40%** of Fortune 500 healthcare enterprises are our clients | **#1** Rated as a **leader** by top analyst firms **Our vision** To inspire new possibilities for the health ecosystem with technology and human ingenuity. **What is in it for you?** As a **Senior Engineering Manager - DBA** , you will be a part of an Agile team to design and build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards. **Responsibilities: -** - Analyze and assess the database impact of the V3 to V60 platform transition. - Evaluate system readiness for a more than three-fold increase in load across workflows.Optimize database performance, indexing, and query execution. - Tune SQL, DynamoDB, and DocumentDB for high-volume transactional systems. - Design and recommend improvements for scalability and availability. - Support schema design and storage strategy for Microservices and metadata systems. - Implement monitoring, alerting, and performance dashboards. - Troubleshoot database issues, and perform root cause analysis. - Ensure backup, recovery, and failover strategies are in place. - Collaborate with development, DevOps, and architecture teams. **Experience: -** - 12 – 15 Years **Location: -** - Mumbai - Pune - Chennai - Bangalore **Educational Qualifications: -** - Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc. - Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable. **Skills: -** **Mandatory Technical Skills: -** - Strong experience in SQL databases (query tuning, indexing, optimization), Amazon DynamoDB, DocumentDB/MongoDB - Experience in handling high-traffic, large-scale systems - Expertise in query optimization, indexing strategies, partitioning and data modeling, and capacity planning - Experience working on AWS services **Good to Have Skills: -** - Experience in healthcare domain - Exposure to real-time transaction systems - Experience in Microservices-based systems - Familiarity with caching strategies (Redis, and more) - Experience in supporting performance testing and load analysis **Our commitment** To combine the best of IT services, consulting, products, accelerators, and frameworks with a client-first mindset and next-gen tech understanding.
