We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our team in the Microfinance Business at Bajaj Finance Limited. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in microfinance or related fields. Roles and Responsibility • Manage and oversee daily operations of the microfinance business. • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and expand customer base. • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Job Requirements • Strong understanding of microfinance products and services. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience working with GL accounting software is an added advantage. • Any graduate degree from a recognized university.
