Ensuring overall responsibility of the MIS Patient tagging, including helping in clash resolution, Preparation of adequate MIS, taking approvals for OP/IP, implementation of bill check monitoring compliances. III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Core Responsibilities - Patient Care/ Customer Care/ Community Care Help people to adhere to Unit s policies practices and provide prompt services to external internal users. - Process/ Documentation/ Compliance Preparation of MIS implementation of budgetary controls - Preparation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports and analytics w.r.t to the Operations of the Hospital, Patient tagging on real time basis - Checking the bills raised by the business associates - Financial Cost and Revenue Contribution - Monitor and drive cost efficiencies - Efficient utilization of working capital optimization of resources IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS - Measurable Deliverables - Meeting deadlines for providing MIS Analytics. - Daily Patient tagging minimize tagging errors. - Minimize tagging and bill check TAT and adherence to norms - Resolution of clashes - Adherence to systems processes V. JOB REQUIREMENTS - Minimum Qualifications Graduate - Experience Should have 1 to 2 years of experience in MIS and Analytics. - Behavioural Skills Interpersonal Skills Resourcefulness Conflict Management - Technical Skills Good knowledge of Hospital Information System (HIS)/Sun System/ERP/MS Excel Should have Excellent Computer Presentation Skills Ability to set up processes across functions and monitoring them - Language Skills English, Hindi VI.
