****Job Title**** **Senior Executive Operations** Role Summary The Senior Executive Operations will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities across warehouse, hub, and last-mile logistics functions. The role requires ensuring seamless inbound and outbound operations, maintaining process compliance, managing workforce productivity, driving operational excellence, and supporting business expansion while delivering high service quality. ****Key Responsibilities**** - Manage end-to-end warehouse and hub operations, including inbound, outbound, sorting, packaging, and dispatch processes. - Conduct regular field visits and operational audits to ensure compliance with company standards and identify improvement opportunities. - Oversee e-commerce and grocery operations to ensure timely and accurate order processing. - Monitor package sorting, route mapping, and packaging activities for maximum operational efficiency. - Ensure effective inventory management through regular stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure smooth operational execution. - Handle operational escalations and resolve issues promptly to minimize service disruptions. - Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and quality standards across all operational activities. - Manage and supervise blue-collar workforce, including drivers, bikers, warehouse associates, and support staff, ensuring optimum productivity. - Drive operational excellence initiatives by identifying process improvements, reducing costs, and enhancing service quality. - Lead recruitment and onboarding for operational roles, including Hub Managers, Team Leads, Process Associates, Drivers, and Delivery Partners. - Support business expansion by planning and executing hub growth at the pin-code level. - Monitor attendance, workforce utilization, productivity metrics, and technology adherence across operations. - Train, mentor, and coach newly hired Hub Managers and Team Leads to ensure consistent operational performance. - Prepare operational reports, analyze KPIs, and present performance insights to management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. ****Required Skills**** - Strong understanding of warehouse operations and last-mile logistics. - Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes. - Experience in workforce planning and team management. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent stakeholder, client, and vendor management abilities. - Ability to handle multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and operational dashboards. - Good communication and leadership skills. - Strong focus on process compliance and operational excellence. ****Qualifications**** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field. - MBA/PGDM (preferred). ****Experience**** - **36 years** of experience in Operations, Logistics, E-commerce, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or Last-Mile Delivery. - Experience managing teams and multi-site operations is preferred. - Prior experience with e-commerce, grocery, quick commerce, or logistics organizations will be an advantage. ****Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**** - Operational SLA adherence - Order processing and dispatch efficiency - Inventory accuracy - Productivity and manpower utilization - SOP compliance - Attendance and workforce adherence - Customer escalation resolution - Cost optimization - Client satisfaction - Hub performance and expansion execution - Hiring turnaround time and onboarding effectiveness - Training completion and team capability development Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
