Operations Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control. • Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound movement of goods for timely and cost-effective operations. • Oversee inventory management through stock audits, cycle counts, reconciliation, and reporting. • Ensure warehouse layout, processes, and workflows support operational efficiency and safety standards. • Lead, coach, and coordinate warehouse teams including supervisors, pickers, and packers. • Monitor operational KPIs such as order accuracy, dispatch timelines, productivity, and inventory shrinkage. • Ensure safe handling and usage of material handling equipment (MHE). • Drive process adherence, quality improvement, and operational excellence. • Support audits, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: • Graduate in any discipline. • 3?5 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Fulfillment Operations. • Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and team handling. • Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Proficient in MS Excel and operational reporting.
