Operations **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control. - Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound movement of goods for timely and cost-effective operations. - Oversee inventory management through stock audits, cycle counts, reconciliation, and reporting. - Ensure warehouse layout, processes, and workflows support operational efficiency and safety standards. - Lead, coach, and coordinate warehouse teams including supervisors, pickers, and packers. - Monitor operational KPIs such as order accuracy, dispatch timelines, productivity, and inventory shrinkage. - Ensure safe handling and usage of material handling equipment (MHE). - Drive process adherence, quality improvement, and operational excellence. - Support audits, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements:** - Graduate in any discipline. - 3?5 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Fulfillment Operations. - Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and team handling. - Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in MS Excel and operational reporting.
