**Designation: Senior Executive | Assistant Manager - Total Quality Management** **Educational Qualification: BTech | BE Chemical** **Experience: 3 to 10 years** **Roles and responsibilities:** - Employee Involvement by ensure Kaizen | employee, good 5S across site as per the target and receive TIE repots receiving from all TIE groups from TIE Leaders - To raise employee capabilities through adoption of TQM practices by training them on various principals and tools of TQM and upgrade level of operators through evaluating their skills & knowledge based on Skill matrix - Coordinate Implementation of IMS under ISO 9001, ISO 45001. ISO 14001 and facilitate periodic audits. - Implementation of customer Audits like Wal-Mart, AutoZone etc and other pharma customer and coordinate customer findings and facilitate periodic internal audit. **Competences required:** Planning and Execution of tasks, Problem Solving skills, Autonomous Maintenance, QC Tools, Time Management, Teamwork. **Eligibility Criteria:** **Candidates who have cleared BTech | BE Chemical with overall 60 % and has Experience of TQM, statistical tools and process improvements in chemical manufacturing industry will be preferred.** **Interested candidates can share their CV to juhi.bhavsar@srf.com or call on** **9274665932 .**
