Role: Senior PPM Functional Consultant Location: Mumbai, Pune, Gurgaon, Noida, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai Experience: 7+ Years in Fusion (min 5 Years in PPM and grants) Lead Oracle PPM, track and manage full-lifecycle delivery, with strong finance integration expertise. Key Responsibilities • Lead implementation/support of Oracle PPM modules: • Project Costing, Billing, Contracts, Capital Projects, Grants • Drive end-to-end PPM solution design and configuration • Lead UAT, data migration, and cutover activities • Handle complex revenue, invoicing, and project accounting scenarios • Mentor junior consultants and review quality of deliverables • Act as key liaison between Project teams and Finance stakeholders • Experience in grants management is a must. Required Skills & Experience • 5-7years of Oracle PPM experience with Fusion • Strong understanding of project accounting, capitalization, and revenue rules • Experience integrating PPM with GL, AP, AR, and SCM • Client-facing and leadership experience Behavioral Expectations • Delivery ownership • Strong influencing skills
