SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES - Lead design of internal and external water supply, sewerage, and drainage systems. - Ensure compliance with NBC, IS codes, and local regulations. - Review and approve design drawings, schematics, and hydraulic calculations. - Coordinate with architectural, structural, and landscape teams for system interfaces. - Conduct design optimization and value engineering reviews. - Support site teams with design clarifications and inspection of installations. SECTION IV: KEY INTERACTIONS Internal Stakeholder Purpose of Interaction Site Execution Teams (MEP, Electrical, Civil) Planning, Procurement, QA/QC, and Stores Teams External Stakeholder Purpose of Interaction ELV System Vendors and Integrators Clients, Consultants, and PMC Teams SECTION V: KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE Minimum Qualifications B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Telecommunication Engineering / Diploma holders with relevant experience may also be considered Language Skills - English (Working Proficiency), Regional Language – Preferred, Hindi EXPERIENCE Years of Experience - 10–12 years Nature of Experience - Experience in PHE system design, hydraulic modeling, and coordination for large-scale building or township projects.
