SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES • Lead design of internal and external water supply, sewerage, and drainage systems. • Ensure compliance with NBC, IS codes, and local regulations. • Review and approve design drawings, schematics, and hydraulic calculations. • Coordinate with architectural, structural, and landscape teams for system interfaces. • Conduct design optimization and value engineering reviews. • Support site teams with design clarifications and inspection of installations.
