Job Description - -------------- L\&T Renewables invites experienced women engineering professionals to make a confident return to the workforce through **RENEW - Career Re-entry Program**. **Key Responsibilities:** **Contract Lifecycle Management**: * Preparation of BOQ, review, negotiate and including subcontractors, service agreements, supply agreements, settlement agreements, NDAs and amendments, etc. * Floating Enquires against the Civil BOQ towards the contractors in line to the available drawings/ Specification. * Ensuring timely issuance of WO to contractors * Review and interpret contract terms and conditions for EPC projects and provide contractual advice for internal stakeholders. * Draft terms and conditions specific to each Project back-to-back with the main contract. * Identify and provide lessons learned for future projects. * Draft and issue notices and correspondences in accordance with the contract * Ensures smooth project closure, including final payments, inspections, and warranties. * Manage and maintain records for contractual correspondence and documents including notices, letters, amendments, changes and claims. * Prepare and notify internal project stakeholders of key contract provisions and deliverables. * Track and ensure adherence to contract obligations, deliverables, and milestones. **Risk and Compliance Management**: * Identify contractual risks and assist in developing risk mitigation strategies. * Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and contract obligations. * Ensures adherence to project specifications and timelines. **Change and Claims Management**: * Identify, evaluate and manage change orders, claims, and variations in accordance with the contract ensuring timely notification and proper maintenance of contemporaneous records by relevant teams. * Preparation and submission of claims and variations, including supporting documents, to clients. * Reviewing claims and variations documents received from subcontractors. Negotiate variations and claims with clients. **Stakeholder Coordination**: * Liaise with legal, supply chain, finance, insurance, site teams and project management teams for seamless contract execution and administration including maintaining the required insurances and bonds. * Serve as a point of contact for client and subcontractor contractual communications. * Contact project director on timely basis and closely follow up with project team. * Liaise with the project teams to collect inputs for technical letter responses, claims and variations preparation. * Liaise with clients, subcontractors, vendors, claim consultants and law firms on contractual matters. **Dispute Resolution**: * Support in resolving contractual disputes and claims with clients and subcontractors. * Prepare and maintain proper documentation for potential disputes or arbitration proceedings. * Provide regular reports on contract status, issues, and risks to management. **Performance Monitoring, Documentation and Reporting**: * Maintain proper records of all contractual communication and documentation. * Prepare contract status reports, trackers, and dashboards for internal review. * Track contract performance and deliverables. **People \& Team Management (if applicable):** * Lead a team of contract engineers, providing mentorship and performance management. * Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement. * Provide appropriate guidance and training for fresh graduates and Engineers.
