**Job Description: Senior Manager, Lifestyle MarketPlace** **You Are Responsible For:** ● Strategic Pod Leadership: Oversee a specialized pod within Lifestyle Marketplace Ads, providing mentorship and daily management to a team of Managers and Assistant Managers. You'll foster a culture of efficiency and tackle the unique operational challenges of a high-volume marketplace. ● Revenue & Growth Strategy: Define and drive comprehensive growth strategies for your assigned Business Units (BUs). You will set ambitious monthly targets and ensure seamless alignment with Supercategory stakeholders (KAM/NKAM level) to keep Lifestyle Marketplace's momentum high. ● Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead weekly war-room style reviews to analyze performance. You'll be the bridge between categories and ad channels, identifying gaps and orchestrating solutions to keep ad performance on track. ● Innovative Offer Development: Lead the creation of innovative advertising packages tailored for the Lifestyle Marketplace seller. You'll leverage market insights, regional trends, and Big Billion style sale events to create offers that are both accessible and high-impact. ● Data-Driven Bharat Insights: Oversee deep-dive data analysis to spot emerging supply/demand trends. You'll translate complex metrics into actionable "Howlists" that help sellers navigate monthly trends and seasonal spikes. ● Stakeholder & Escalation Management: Act as the primary lead for managing complex escalations. Whether it's an operational hiccup or a payment query, you'll ensure a smooth experience for both internal partners and external sellers. ● Talent Acquisition & Development: Build the future of Lifestyle Marketplace Ads by identifying and hiring top-tier talent, fostering a high-performing team that can keep up with our rapid expansion. ● Operational Excellence: Drive critical collection updates and oversee the processing of raw data files to ensure our advertisement analysis remains granular and accurate. ● Annual Planning & Special Charters: Contribute to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and spearhead ad-hoc special projects that allow Lifestyle Marketplace to pivot quickly in a competitive market. **To Succeed in This Role, You Should Have:** ● Proven Leadership: Extensive experience in a senior leadership role within ad sales or account management, ideally within a high-growth e-commerce or marketplace environment. ● Revenue Chaser: A demonstrated ability to not just meet, but consistently exceed aggressive revenue targets. ● People First: Strong team management skills with a track record of coaching and scaling high-performing teams. ● Strategic & Analytical: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a knack for turning "big data" into simple, actionable business strategies. ● Expert Communicator: High-level negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders, from tech teams to category leads. ● Domain Expertise: A deep understanding of digital ad platforms, performance metrics, and the nuances of the value-conscious consumer segment.
