Purpose of the Role: Lead advanced analytics and business intelligence initiatives to enable data-driven decision-making and strategic insights across GSC Performance. This role combines technical expertise with PMO governance to drive automation, enhance reporting efficiency through the launch of new tools, and ensure consistent delivery of global digital and AI initiatives within the GSC Performance portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Business Intelligence & Analytics: • Design and implement BI solutions that deliver actionable insights for performance monitoring and strategic planning. • Develop targeted Power BI solutions for 2026 priorities while transitioning toward advanced analytics and automation. • Consolidate and validate data from multiple sources (MS Project Online, Excel, SQL, internal systems) ensuring accuracy and compliance. Process Optimization & Automation: • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and enhance efficiency through automation and data-driven approaches. • Drive adoption of advanced analytics tools and methodologies to reduce reliance on traditional dashboards. Stakeholder Engagement & Decision Support • Partner with business leaders and project managers to translate requirements into impactful insights and decision-support tools. • Communicate complex data findings in a clear, actionable manner to senior stakeholders. Digital & AI Transformation PMO Governance & Change Management • Maintain PMO standards, templates, and governance frameworks across GSC digital and AI transformation initiatives. • Support digital change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools. • Continuously improve PMO processes and reporting capabilities through best practices and emerging technologies. Power Apps & Digital Systems Integration • Own the end-to-end creation and generation of custom Power Apps to digitize manual workflows and improve operational efficiency. • Understand and manage the foundational-level interface between custom Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Azure server datasets, and other digital systems to ensure seamless data flow. Strategic Programme Leadership & PMI Standards • Drive and lead transversal activities and tasks related to the Strategic Programme, ensuring structured execution across cross-functional teams. • Influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders across different business units to secure project alignment and buy-in. • Establish and manage project structures according to PMI standards to guarantee rigorous governance   Required skills & Qualifications: • 10 to 13 years of professional experience with a Bachelor’s or Master's degree • Experience in Supply chain domain • 6+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting automation, programme management, or PMO delivery. • Hands-on experience developing business intelligence solutions using Power BI. • Experience working with multiple data sources, such as SQL, Excel, Microsoft Project Online, Azure datasets, or equivalent platforms. • Experience creating Power Apps and automated workflows using Power Automate or similar technologies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to data quality, accuracy, and compliance. • Experience managing projects or programmes from initiation through closure. • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation, and communication skills. • Ability to explain technical and analytical findings to non-technical and senior audiences. • Experience working across diverse, global, or cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications • PMP certification or practical experience applying PMI-aligned project management standards. • Experience supporting digital transformation, AI, advanced analytics, or technology adoption initiatives. • Experience improving established reporting and governance processes through automation and standardisation. • Knowledge of supply chain, performance management, or global business operations. • Familiarity with scheduling and programme management tools such as Microsoft Project Online or equivalent platforms.
