The role focuses on generating high-quality prospects for Demat & Trading account openings using digital performance campaigns, tracking acquisition metrics, and ensuring partners receive a steady flow of potential customers. This is a target-driven, performance marketing execution role, not a field sales or trading role. **What you will do:** **1. Performance Marketing for Customer Acquisition** Execute and manage digital customer acquisition campaigns (CPL / CPA / lead-gen formats). Use channels such as: Lead generation platforms Aggregators SMS/WhatsApp/email campaigns Internal marketing tools Achieve daily/weekly/monthly acquisition targets for the partner network. **2. Lead Flow Management for SB/AP Network** Ensure a consistent inflow of prospective customers to Sub-Brokers / Authorized Partners. Allocate leads intelligently based on: Partner capacity Geography Product focus Monitor partner feedback on lead quality and optimize campaigns accordingly. **3. Campaign Optimization & Cost Efficiency** Continuously optimize campaigns to improve: Cost per lead (CPL) Cost per acquisition (CPA) Conversion quality Run A/B tests, adjust targeting, refine messaging, and analyse funnel performance. **4. Demand Generation Planning** Develop monthly acquisition plans and forecast expected customer volumes. Identify the best-performing channels and scale them to meet business goals. **5. Stakeholder Communication** Coordinate closely with SB/APs to ensure: Clear understanding of lead flow Timely lead distribution Feedback collection on quality Work with internal marketing and analytics teams for campaign insights. **6.
