Roles and Responsibilities : • Implement HR strategies to drive business growth, improve employee engagement, and enhance overall Plant  performance. • Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair treatment of employees while maintaining confidentiality where necessary. • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies by conducting regular audits and monitoring activities. • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop talent management plans that align with business objectives. Job Requirements : • 10-18 years of experience in an HR role within the Manufacturing industry. • Strong understanding of Core HR operations and statutory compliance. • Proven track record in managing complex employee relations issues effectively.
