## Senior Manager ? Operations (3P Grocery Operations) **Department:** Grocery 3P Operations **Experience:** 10?14 Years ### Role Summary Lead end-to-end 3P Grocery Operations, ensuring operational excellence, partner performance, service quality, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction across fulfillment centers and dark stores. ### Key Responsibilities - Own end-to-end operations across 3P grocery fulfillment and dark store network. - Drive partner performance through SLA governance, productivity, and quality metrics. - Ensure adherence to operational SOPs, compliance, and safety standards. - Optimize cost, inventory accuracy, capacity utilization, and workforce planning. - Improve key metrics including OTIF, fill rate, order accuracy, and customer experience. - Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. - Collaborate with Supply Chain, Category, Planning, Quality, Finance, and Technology teams. - Review operational dashboards, identify improvement opportunities, and drive corrective actions. - Build and develop high-performing operations teams and partner capabilities. - Manage escalations, business continuity, and peak season readiness. ### Requirements - Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred). - 10?14 years of experience in Grocery, E-commerce, Retail, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Operations. - Proven experience managing large-scale third-party (3P) operations and cross-functional teams. - Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills. ### Key Skills 3P Operations | Grocery Operations | Fulfillment Dark Store Management | Partner Management | Operational Excellence | Supply Chain | Warehouse Operations | SLA KPI Management | Cost Optimization | Inventory Management | Process Improvement | Team Leadership | Stakeholder Management | Data Analytics | Lean/Six Sigma (Preferred) Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
