Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary sourcing partner for AI initiatives, collaborating with IT, Legal, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Finance, and business stakeholders. • Lead complex sourcing events and negotiations for software and AI solutions, including enterprise licenses, subscriptions, consumption-based, credit-based, API, compute, storage, and hybrid pricing models. • Develop commercial strategies and total-cost models to improve pricing, usage transparency, demand forecasting, scalability, renewal controls, flexibility, and protection from overages or vendor lock-in. • Leverage software and AI market intelligence to shape supplier strategies, evaluate emerging providers and commercial models, and identify opportunities for consolidation, optimization, and innovation. • Manage cross-functional strategy development and implementation, ensuring stakeholder alignment on priorities, governance, decision criteria, and measurable business outcomes. • Create impactful PowerPoint presentations that communicate category strategy, market insights, business cases, negotiation positions, and executive recommendations. • Educate stakeholders on software licensing, SaaS economics, AI sourcing considerations, consumption-based models, and supplier risks to enhance decision-making and strategy adoption.
