**Purpose of the Role** This role exists to operationally deploy, support, and sustain Total Quality Management practices across functions and plants. It enables execution of the enterprise TQM roadmap through capability building, structured problem solving, assessments, and coordination across stakeholders, thereby strengthening organizational maturity in TQM. **Job Responsibility** **1.TQM Deployment and Execution** • Execute the TQM roadmap defined by the Lead across assigned functions/plants. • Coordinate with cross-functional SPOCs to ensure timely completion of roadmap activities. • Support deployment of QC Story, PDCA, 7 QC Tools, Kaizen, TQC, TPM, Lean practices. • Prepare/update TQM standards, DTQMP chapters, x`guidelines, manuals, and documentation. • Support in documentation, case studies, and evidencing. **2.Continuous Improvement** • Facilitate improvement projects in Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, Customer Satisfaction. • Use structured problem-solving (QC Story, A3, RCA, 8D, Why-Why, Fishbone). • Support chronic issue resolution using data-driven methods. • Facilitate closure of findings with functions/plants. • Prepare for internal and external evaluations (TBEM, Corporate assessments). • Create and update Daily Work Management (DWM) Manuals including: Standards, routines, KPIs, visual controls Review mechanisms (morning meetings, shift reviews) **3.Quality culture building and Employee engagement** • Organize and deliver TQM training programs across levels. • Coach teams on problem solving, QC Story, A3, Kaizen, 7 QC Tools, PDCA. • Support capability assessments and identify training needs. • Plan Quality Month activities, competitions, and internal recognition programs. • Drive culture of TQM, teamwork, and ownership. **Desired Candidate Profile** **Education** - Bachelors / Masters degree in engineering (Mechanical/Production/Automotive preferred) **Relevant Experience** 1. 3-8years of experience in Quality / TQM / Operational Excellence 2. Handson experience in TQM tools: QC Story, Kaizen, QC Circles, RCA, PDCA, 7 QC Tools 3. Exposure to TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, WCQ or similar frameworks 4. Experience in driving crossfunctional improvement initiatives 5. Familiarity with IATF 16949 requirements preferred
