Our GTM Analytics team is at the heart of driving data-driven decision-making to optimize sales, marketing, and customer success initiatives. Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Senior Analyst to join our GTM Analytics team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in analyzing data, delivering actionable insights, and driving impactful strategies across our go-to-market teams. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze sales, marketing, and customer success data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Salesforce to provide visibility into GTM performance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute data-driven strategies. • Conduct in-depth analyses of account segmentation, pipeline health, and conversion metrics. • Work with stakeholders to define KPIs and track progress against business goals. • Contribute to the development of a robust data infrastructure, including evaluating and implementing data lake solutions. • Leveraging advanced analytics and metrics to enhance processes and deliver data-driven forecasts on potential costs, revenues, and risks associated with business initiatives. Qualifications: • 4+ years of experience in analytics, with a focus on sales, marketing, or GTM functions. • Proficiency in any BI tool like Tableau/PowerBI/Qlikview; experience with data lakes or data warehousing is a plus. • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling concepts. • Proficiency in building predictive and statistical models to support decision-making, optimize processes, and forecast business outcomes • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
